Menu Faith of the Fallen
by
Terry Goodkind

The sixth installment in Terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth series is clearly his best work to date. This is a book that will keep you on the edge of your seat and eager to turn the page. Once you are inside this epic tale, it's almost impossible to put the book down.

Faith Of The Fallen follows Richard, the new Lord Rahl and the Seeker of Truth, and his companions, Kahlan, Zedd, and Cara in their struggle against a seemingly undefeatable foe - the dreamwalker Emperor Jagang.

Haunted by the people losing faith in him, and a prophecy that revealed no hope for an army standing against Jagang, Richard feels that the time has come for him to step aside until the people can prove themselves to him. But there is no rest for the weary as Richard and Kahlen fall into a trap set by the Sisters of Dark. To save everything he holds dear, Richard is forced to choose - surrender and give up his sword and magic, or loss those he loves.

As Richard is taken prisoner to the very heart of the Old World, Kahlan, ignores prophecy and Richard's final request and decides to take a stand against Jagang. With Zedd, Warren and the Sisters of Light being the magic against magic, Kahlen prepares to lead the Midland and D'Hara forces for what could possibly be their last and final battle against the overwhelming hordes of The Order.

Separated from his love, and without the aid of his magic or Sword of Truth, Richard, being the true Seeker, soon learns what plagues the very soul of The Order. He finds that he must prove to the people and himself, that one man, one dream, one idea can make a difference to the faith of the fallen.
